Mr. Morten Sorensen

Mr. Sorensen is a results-driven professional with a wealth of leadership experience in the construction and educational sectors. Over the course of his career, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to lead projects, drive organizational growth, and foster innovation in dynamic industries.

Currently serving as a Partner and CEO at 360 Holding, he has played a pivotal role in advising on construction and vertical business integration. Notable achievements include overseeing projects such as LFJM French School’s new sports hall and the new LFJM campus in Hessa Street, managing cross-functional teams, developing strategic plans for successful project integration, and resolving conflicts effectively to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. In his position, Mr. Sorensen applied his knowledge in creating strong foundations and managing new ideas to concentrate on constructing advanced facilities that bring together various services for Web 3.0 and Edge users.

Prior to his current roles, Mr. Sorensen served as the Head of Special Project at Alshaya Enterprises GCC in Kuwait, where he managed operations with an annual turnover of 1.4 billion AED, built strong client and partner relationships, and ensured smooth and profitable operations.

Mr. Sorensen’s international experience includes his role as Vice President International Development at PDP-International, where he led the expansion of a US-based construction company into international markets, managed multinational teams, and formed strategic partnerships in Afghanistan and East Africa. Additionally, as a Partner at Zeteco Energy, he played a key role in renewable energy initiatives, overseeing the production of wind turbines and collaborating on solar installation projects.

With a background as a Construction Consultant at HAUS/M2 Denmark, Mr. Sorensen provided consulting expertise in modular construction, showcasing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills at one of Denmark’s leading construction companies.

Educated at Herning Business College in Denmark, Mr. Sorensen holds a Business certificate. Mr. Morten is also a board member in JESS (Jumeirah English Speaking School).
