Mr. Bin Mutlaq Al-Ghafli is an accomplished professional, with a robust foundation in Finance and Banking, he holds a Master of Science degree from the British University in Dubai. Beginning with a BBA in Finance and Banking from Dubai University, where he maintained an impressive GPA, he further honed his expertise by completing a specialized course on “Investment and Daily Trading in Stocks” at the Financial Software Development Institute.

His pursuit of excellence culminated in a Master’s degree, solidifying his passion for financial markets and investment. Furthermore, Mr. Bin Mutlaq Al-Ghafli’s proficiency in stock trading analysis reflects his unwavering dedication to the financial realm.

Throughout his diverse professional journey, Mr. Bin Mutlaq Al-Ghafli amassed substantial experience and expertise. During his decade-long tenure with the Department of Finance at the Government of Dubai, he assumed leadership roles in the Public Revenue and Sovereign Revenue sectors.

In addition to his government service, he enriched his financial acumen at Emirates NBD, where he successfully completed the Program of Accelerated Learning (PAL) and actively participated in various banking departments, including retail and corporate banking. Mr. Bin Mutlaq Al-Ghafli’s contributions were highlighted by the completion of numerous internal courses, enhancing his skills in areas such as credit analysis and trade finance.
In 2023, his dedication was acknowledged when he joined the Department of Finance, contributing to the Interrogated Government Services and receiving the prestigious Government of Dubai Excellence Award. Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Bin Mutlaq Al-Ghafli is an avid investor in the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and the Abu Dhabi Securities Market (ADSM).
